I know it looks strange, but it is healthier than usual french fries and also adds a new experience to you meals. Try it and you will see it!
6 large Carrots
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
How to do it:
1) Cut the carrots into sticks and toss them into the mixture of olive oil and sea salt
2) Let the carrots drier for a few minutes and bake them for 20 minutes until day are getting brown
