17 Febr 2012 - Parmesan Crackers with Rosemary

I would recommend this yummy Italian dish for all food lovers.

You need:
3/4 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
White pepper (not mandatory)
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh Rosemary (but leave some leaves as well)
3 tablespoons Butter
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
5 tablespoons Sour cream
1 large egg white
  How to do it:

1) Put flour, salt, pepper, rosemary and butter in a bowl and mix them with a food processor. After the mixture is finely prepared add the sour cream slowly until it is mixed properly to a dough.
2) Shape dough into logs and then wrap them with plastic wrap. Put the logs into the fridge for 24 hours. If you in hurry put them into a freezer for 2-3 hours.
3) Slice chilled logs into slices and transfer them to a baking sheet.
4) Dip a sprig of rosemary into egg white, and place in the center of a cracker slice
5) Bake the slices for 25-35 minutes until crackers are golden brown and you are ready to eat.
