I know this sounds a little bit strange, but you can believe it that tastes very good. You can decorate your cake or other types of desserts with it.
2 large head of Roses
1 egg white
1 tablespoon Water
1 cup of Sugar
How to do it:
1) Pick the roses and than remove the petals carefully. Use only clean and bug free petals!
2) Lay the petals to a parchment paper lined baking sheet
3) Mix the water and the egg white well and brush the petals with the mix. Immediately after the brushing sprinkle the petals with sugar.
4) Let the petals dry for 24 hours and you are ready. You can store safely the petals up to 3 weeks.
